Would have liked a top zip. The magnet is useless.
The strap is too short if you want to fill it above the roll line so you can't close it with the strap.
Otherwise it's a good day bag. Comfortable to wear.

Delighted with the bag overall. However strap to close it is rather short and doesn't adjust, meaning if it is rather full, it can't be closed.

I really loved this rucksack when it arrived but actually returned it due to one feature which I was disappointed by. Being a roll top bag, the rucksack can obviously unroll to quite a large capacity and hold a lot of items. Unfortunately though, if you fill the bag up and fold the top over, the clip does not meet the buckle. From photos, I assumed you'd be able to extend the length of the clip (like on a cycling pannier bag or other rucksacks I've seen) but it's fixed at a surprisingly short length. So you can only actually clip the bag shut when it's about half full and the top fully rolled down, which to me defeats the point of it being an expandable roll top bag with such a large capacity! I was really disappointed by this feature and feel like Passenger missed a trick when designing this bag. It would have otherwise been perfect for me so I was very sad to have to return it. Some people might not be bothered by this but it was a big let down for me, sorry.
