You have 60 days from the order date to return product(s) bought directly from us.
You're welcome to return any item bought directly from us, so long as they are in the original condition; unworn, new condition and the swing tags attached.
We're paper-free, so don't include a returns form with your order. These are not needed for your return, however if you choose or need to use your own courier, please include your RMA number within or on the parcel.
As we do not offer exchanges, simply return any unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order at passenger-clothing.com for your replacement item(s).

Incredibly comfortable and cosy, so furry and lovely squishy sole inside. I’m a size 3.5/4 in shoes normally and the small here fits perfectly. Don’t need the toggle adjusted for them to fit right.

Purchased for myself and a gift for a friend, both a size 5/6 in shoe size so ordered two mediums but they were too small even with thin socks, the tightening of the pull evidently pulled up the area around the heel and therefore uncomfortable. Easily returned them and ordered a large (only 1 in stock, awaiting another!) and it's much better. Would definitely size up. Love the abstract design and they are so comfortable to walk in.
