Great rucksack but missing firmer sleeve internally, which makes it slightly less practical as a commuter ruck sack, and no secret zip pocket (unless I haven't found it yet) which is handy for keeping stuff secure.
But very comfortable, nice design, good front pocket etc and ability to expand and shrink the ruck sack is a big plus. Water bottle pockets are very well done.

The backpack is a great size with a good number of compartments etc. It's light and soft making it spacious but not bulky. It's also very stylish! Great for overnight trips, plane travel and day trips with my toddler.

Love how versatile the bag is with the laptop pocket. Fits a 15 inch in laptop sleeve just fine. Could likely fit larger if the sleeve isnt too thick. Well constructed bag, seems quite sturdy and the inside mesh pocket is large enough to fit misc items. Bag looks big in photos but it can pack down quite small with the straps adjusted, so dont worry about it looking big on you! Side pockets are perfect size and top pocket is really nicely lined. The back is padded and comfortable to wear whilst travelling.
