If you're unsure about buying this bag, DO IT.
I was on the fence, since I started review deep diving to make sure this bag was as good as it claims to be, but I'm happy to say that this purchase was so so worth it.
This is probably the best bag I have owned, with plenty of space, without being super bulky, enough pouches and pockets, but not too many so they become redundant and you just start filling them with random stuff you don't use.
Front pocket easily fits my wallet and a notebook and some other small bits a bobs.
It's comfortable and sturdy, and is just exactly what I needed after having owned too many of ye olde zipper backpacks. I mainly use this for casual, everyday needs, like going to work or around town, but it's also perfect for hikes and a weekend away.
Also, my 14inch laptop fits PERFECTLY, with room to spare!
Great bag, for a great price! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Good points - it’s actually a good size. I was worried it’d be too small but I can fit so much in here. I like to overpack, but it fits all I need for swimming lessons, snacks and a few work bits. I like the 2 external pockets, 2 bottle pockets and 3 internal pockets for keeping my things organised.
Challenges - the eyelet by the drawstring falls out pretty quickly. It doesn’t affect the function, but this needs revision. Unfortunately, it needs more padding, just at the very bottom. When you’re carrying a laptop or similar, it gets quite painful after a short period.
