We bought passenger backpacks for a weeklong camping trip to the Mighty 5 NP’s in Utah. However, we ordered late and weren’t going to receive them on time. A wonderful customer service rep helped me change the shipping date to get them a day before we left! That was just the start of our wonderful experience with passenger. We used our packs daily for hiking. At first, I was intimidated with the size as it seemed too large for hiking. However, you can tighten the straps to make it smaller, plus the size proved great for carrying as much water as we needed! I also was able to fit my camera and supplies in comfortably. The first day I wore mine I had 2 people stop me asking where I got it from. My husband, who originally did not want a backpack, also grew to love his. They’re practical and one of the few cute backpacks I’ve seen! I can’t wait for future adventures to use my pack again.
